Atrium Cafe Sound Design

Rolling Hills Community Church in Tualatin, Oregon needed an effective and flexible audio/visual package for the church's newly added Atrium Cafe. The requirements included creating an atmosphere where people would feel comfortable meeting and chatting during normal business hours.

The sound system also needed to be able to handle higher volume during concerts hosted in the church's near by worship center. All of this needed to be put into a package that did not detract from the visual aspects of the space.

Clarity designed a solution utilizing TOA speakers. The TOA H-1 is a compact and innovative commercial speaker with a modern look which provides the basis of this design. Two Samsung flat displays provide a vivid visual element and the TOA HB-1 subwoofer was used for low frequency enhancement.
